Who are Park Homes Law?
Park Homes Law was established in 2020 by Ibraheem Dulmeer, a barrister specialising in residential park homes and holiday park law.
I have developed a specialist practice advising on the legal issues affecting residential park homes and holiday lodges. My work encompasses both advisory and contentious matters, from providing advice before the purchase of a home or lodge through to complex disputes and court proceedings.
Before establishing Park Homes Law, I spent almost six years at the Government-funded Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE), where I played a significant role in establishing its park homes advisory service.
How I Can Help
I provide specialist legal advice and representation in relation to residential park homes and holiday lodges throughout England and Wales.
For those considering buying or selling a park home or holiday lodge, early legal advice can identify issues which may affect the transaction, the use of the property or its future sale.
For existing park home residents and holiday lodge owners, advice may be required concerning the terms of an agreement, pitch fees, site licensing, disputes with a site owner, consumer rights or other issues arising during ownership.
I also advise site operators on their rights and obligations, and provide advice and representation where a dispute has arisen or proceedings are contemplated.
Where possible, my objective is to identify and address legal issues before they develop into litigation. Where proceedings become necessary, I can advise on strategy, draft the necessary documents and provide representation before the courts and tribunals.

The service is deliberately personal. I consider each matter on its own facts, and give clear advice on the legal position, the available options, and the practical steps that may be taken.
Where appropriate, I undertake work for an agreed fixed fee, so that the scope of the work and the cost are clear from the outset.
Direct Public Access. I am qualified under the Direct Public Access Scheme, which means you can instruct me directly without going through a solicitor.
Authorised to Conduct Litigation. I am authorised by the Bar Standards Board to conduct litigation. This means that, where appropriate, I can undertake certain litigation work for clients.
